Sharing our home with the Boogie Man

We live in a house that has a name rather than a number address.  Carmagnac was built in the 19th century and has an attached barn that used to house the carriage and livestock.  It now stores the bikes, garden equipment and some old dusty bottles of booze.  The kids have done a little exploring down there and are convinced that the Boogie Man lives down there.  Based on the photos, wouldn't you too?
